I have the Saucony pro grid 3's.. I love them. I had a pair last year that I just wore to work.. I need them for my ankle also. I wouldn't wear another pair of shoes after wearing Saucony's.

syntrax is a good one.. so in unjury. I use the nectar after VSG, and now I like the Premier Protein from Costco.. I also use Boost glucose control in a pinch.
