I wake up at 8am, coffee. Around 9:30 I go work out...so I don't normally eat anything until around 11....and by the time I'm done doing Insanity, I'm starving!!! So it's a 3 egg omelet with cheese for brunch!

Do you take supplements? They say that Magnesium/calcium help with sore muscles. All I know is my first week of insanity I would wake up clenching my leg muscles because they ached, heard about magnesium/calcium, started taking it, and it's not so bad anymore. Good Luck!

You just have to keep the DVD on and walk away for a water break, then jump right back in. You can't turn the exercise on with that mindset...you have to think that you can do this! The first 2 weeks were horrible, I know that first week I almost handed in the towel after the warmup, but I didn't give up...I walked away…

DO NOT FLIP OUT!!! Apparently it's natural!!! You are putting your body through new things when you work out, and it's not used to it. From my understanding, you're body is retaining water around all the sore muscles to protect it...just keep doing what you're doing and your body will realize this is the "norm" and shed…

How many meals a day do you eat? With the surgery you should be eating at least 5 small meals a day, plus a snack to kick your metabolism up. You should have veggies with all of them, some protein and small amount of "good carbs". And exercise... you should google "chris powell" I love that guy, and he's very helpful.
