Sprained my ankle

Day 4- the muscles down the sides of my legs are sore...but, no pain no gain. I will do this, I will persevere and conquer INSANITY.....dammit! Or, try really hard...lol.

I don't understand...
Last week I weighed 183. I followed the calories, I am doing the insanity workout.....how in the hell did I gain 8lbs? I'm lost. That tape measurer better show me that something shrunk or momma's not gonna be happy.
