I started at 291, and currently weight 279. and 5'7 tall.. My ultimate goal is to be 150lbs. But i will ideally want to get under 200lbs. With having 3 kids i have gained 100lbs of pregnancy weight that never came off. Feel free to add me you can never have too many friends.

After talking to my MFP friend, I have stuck to my 1830 calories a day for a 1.5 weight loss a week and changed my carbs to 30%, protein 30% and fats 40%. Thanks :)
