Brazilian butt workout for really overweight people?

Hey everyone!
Before anyone tells me to check previous posts about this - i did
Im wondering if really over weight people can do the workout. Im 5'3 and weigh 260 poundd
>_< yes, im huge. So if anyone atround the same weight & height did it, did it worl for you?
Also, if not then when should i do it?

The workout is focused on your butt, but the workouts make you sweat all over so you are working on more than just your butt.. I think even if a person is overweight they can benefit from it. You should give it a try!0

i'm not "really overweight", but i did try to do this workout and it sucked. the dude is annoying, and the workouts are boring. i could only do it for 2 weeks.0

I don't know anything about the workout, but I would just clear it with your doctor to see if that type of exercise is within your capabilities at the weight you are at right now. If you get the go head, do it as long as you feel comfortable!0

i'm not sure what the brazilian butt workout actually entails but i have been doing hip bridges, squats and lunges in the last 3 weeks and i have definitely seen results and i'm 5'7 currently 284lbs-- i think no matter what ur size or ur weight your body will show results maybe not the same as a smaller shaped person would but you will definitely see some changes.0

I think it will be fine for you..I only ever did the BumBum workout because the cardio is very dancey and I couldnt seem the get the moves....You will hurt though, Its killer on the legs0
