Is this a "pre-packaged foods" type diet? Eat their meals and add fruits and veggies?

I have read in several different articles that 1 jumping = 1/2 calorie, so 1000 = 500 calories. This was stated saying "1000 jumping jacks a day x 7 day = 7000 jumping jacks a week = 1 pound of fat burned".

KFC's grilled chicken isn't technically grilled. It is frozen with the grill marks on them, and then deep fried just like the rest of their chicken, at a lower temperature and no breading. So it is still "fried" chicken. lol

My concern is the same as mcarter99's concern. You really should find a variety of foods you enjoy that would fit well into your diet so that you don't get bored with it and quit. Try to set a plan for what each meal should be at, calorie wise. For example, I eat around 1200 calories a day. I break it down to 200-300…

I juiced for about 8 days and lost like 15 lbs doing it, but I didn't poop the whole time and started to get freaked out over that. lol So I stopped juicing, tried eating a healthy diet of fruits and veggies, watching carb intake, 1200 calorie diet, and gained the weight back. But atleast I pooped! lol

This is very true. Just go and put on some headphones and listen to music. No one really talks to anyone else they don't personally know. Especially if you are listening to music. Then it gets awkward for everyone and so they just avoid you instead.

I am following both WW and MFP. I eat what I want, in portions, and count it as both calorie intake and for my daily allotted points. 1 point = approximately 40 calories.
