I would just say to try to eat more even if you're not hungry.

If you don't need to cut and feel good as far as how much fat you have then it's time to increase your intake. Consume more calories until you see results again.

Oatmeal is food of the gods! No but really it is great for bulking. I go through about 5 lbs of the quaker quick oats per week. Here's an example of my breakfast: 6 servings (3 cups ) of quick oats, 5 servings of honey, 2 cups skim milk. TOTAL CALS = 1,360. Oh and as far as keeping you full, I found that the old fashion…

I don't see a reason drop if you're getting good results

Yeah compound movements are king. You could probably build a great physique only doing bench, deadlifts, squats, pullups & dips.

Macronutrients= fats, carbs, proteins Micronutrients= vitamins & minerals

That looks pretty good to me. Mine is similar except higher carbs.

Probably need to increase your calories of 4k doesn't cut it.

My daily goal is 5000 calories total. Fat- 111g Carbs- 750g Protein- 250g

Syntha-6. Chocolate or vanilla are great imo.

It will on its own the leaner you get
-
Consume more carbs and maybe less protein.
-
Yeah with calisthenics

Yeah I think this is it. I had the same issue befor as well. Once it passes you will be used to eating larger portions and feel comfortable again.

It's not too much. The thing about protein is you need to be aware that your body will need to process however much you consume. If it's a lot it may tax your liver and kidneys. But don't freak out because there are ways around it through supps. You will probably never have to deal with that anyways lol so just keep eating…

Oatmeal

Yeah I get that when I eat a lot at once. Maybe try waiting a while for it to go down and then eat some more when you feel more comfortable.
-
My advice is if you'll be taking that many days off, then work out more muscle groups per day and/or do cardio on days you don't lift.
-
Yeah mental log when I can't sit down and count everything. You'll get the hang of it with time and will be able to eyeball portions.

Agreed, +1

Trust your body, trust yourself. If you feel hungry, then eat more. Hunger is a blessing when you're bulking. I only feel hungry in the morning of I'm lucky.

You're losing weight with how much you're overthinking it.

If you're on medication for adhd that has a stimulant and/or contains an amphetamine, my advice is drop it. It will screw up your natural chemistry. Might help of you read up on the specific med you're taking. Chances are you'll see the sides outweigh the benefits. Just my advice.. take it or leave it. Not trying to make a…

Sometimes I use those Mio or kool-aid flavoring things. It just adds flavor without sugar. Of course nothing beats plain ice cold water, but helps to switch things up.

You must be eating super small portions only getting 1700 cals and eating that frequently. Idk how old you are but you need to eat larger portions with what you're saying.
-
And it is cheap!!

If you like ramen, sometimes I eat 3 top ramen blocks at once. Just plain without the seasoning. It adds about 1100 cals, 156g carbs, 30g protein. Super easy to eat compared to other things imo.
