I have found that the only low-sodium meal at a restaurant is a salad. Then you still have to be careful about the dressing you use. They are loaded with sodium as well. My son works in food prep, and he says if a recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of salt, they are told to add at least another 1 tablespoon. Any recipes I have…
