I know how you feel!!! i'm now 238, started at 330+, lost 135 lb but gained 70 due to a tumor & 2 major surgeries in 3 weeks the end of last year. Lost 35 of that & back at it.....I welcome friends!

I started at 330 lbs in 2008 and i was 5'9 lol i shrank an inch with the weight loss... i am now 253... i got down to 197 but had a medical issue (tumors in my abdomen causing chaos) I can be there to support you...i was in the same shoes... you can do this.

I have 2 bags in my fridge right now. I haven't tried them yet but i am going too. I hear they taste almost exactly like regular noodles but you have to wash and dry them extremely well.

I've changed most of my eating habits. I gave up fried, junk and fast foods. I really dont miss most of it. My one weakness i struggle with is cereal.. lol

my reward is new clothes. Also being able to walk, climb stairs etc with out dying. All the benefits of weight loss are my rewards :happy:
