Does it have to be the same exercise each time?0 -
Whatever you want it to be.....as long as you work off more calories each day than the day before it can be by whatever means you want! The object is only to burn off more calories than the previous day.0

I do other things like dog walking in the day but with this I can measure calories burned better, at least until I get my pedometer!0 -

SW, October 1, 2011 is 130 pounds. Goal weight for this month is 125 pounds.
I'll be doing the 30 Day Shred, so I probably won't be able to up the number of calories burned with exercise, but will try to just stick with the program and control my atrocious eating habits and stay within my calorie range.. Wish me luck..and feel free to scream at me if i disappear!
