    Starting weight: 145 pounds.
    Measurements: Waist: 29.5, Hips: 6.5, Arms: 11, Thighs: 22,5.

    October 1st ... running 20 mins + walking 30 mins = 356 cals burned
    October 2nd... walking 120 mins+ 60 mins cleaning = 382 cals burned +26
    October 3rd...runnning 25 mins+ walking 15 mins= 396 burned+14
    October 4th...Workout dvd 65 Mins + 15 mins walking= 286 burned... didnt have time to do anymore! so il make up for it tonight!
    October 5th .. workout dvd 35 mins+ walking 40 mins+ cleaning 10 mins= 401 Cals Burned =+5
    October 6th ... REST DAY
    October 7th...Running and walking= 344 Burned... sorry im minus again... busy day on friday
    October 8th..Walking and workout dvd and Cleaning = 471 cals burned! so +70 cals (Since Friday)
    October 9th.. Rest Day

    Man this challenge is getting harder, I have to think of more ways to burn the extra cals...

    Sorry guys, been in bed since Thurs with a virus missed 4 days of cross trainer but back tonight with a vengeance!!

    Calories burned since 8th October: +35

    Comments: Massive banging headache :frown: but pleased that I had the motivation to push myself and do it :happy:

    Thanksgiving Day here in Canada.. no excercise.. still would have to beat my Oct 9th workout!!

    I haven't posted because I felt like I was failing at this challenge but here goes.....

    10/6- 688 cleaning, stretchs,zumba
    10/7- 114 cleaning
    10/8- 1343 zumbathon for Breast Cancer
    10/9- 0 day of rest
    10/10-74 stretchs
    10/11- 458 zumba

    I just can't go higher than the zumba days but the off days should & could be higher. I need to change that. I will be starting the 30ds soon and that will help.

    Yesterday was:

    10/11- 25 minutes/eliptical/303 calories burned

    10/12 549 calories burned, 45 mins on the arc trainer, and 25 mins of walking 3.5 speed on the treadmill. I, also, did some strength training but didn't count it since it doesn't count as a calorie burn.

    Anyway, that's +251 calories for today. Was at 298 cals. yesterday. :) The days still early so may get in some more exercise sometime today so we'll see. :wink:

    You are absolutely not failing!!! You're still exercising and this challenge is not about winning, just motivating each other to shift our butts....you're doing fab!!!!
