    I've only just seen this post but could I join in please? I've been on the site a couple of weeks but haven't posted ....and haven't lost any weight yet, so I think challenges may motivate me.

    Will log my rest days separately from my full on workout days! :)

    Bought a pedometer yesterday and it's great, I can tell I burnt off 10.4g fat on my 35 min walk.......at the very least, as it's about 85% humidity outside!!

    Felt very sluggish and not at all motivated today. If I hadn't been on this challenge I wouldn't have done exercise today

    Comments: Felt bloated and like crap all day, made me realise how much weight I've put on over the last few weeks as jeans felt so much tighter but it's amazing doing 20 minutes on the cross trainer has made me feel so much better about myself...yeay! :happy:

    okay, I was offline for the weekend... and I couldn't make it to derby training so missed out on a huge burn... anyway:

    Spent my day studying but managed to do some exercise while listening to a lecture online!

    I couldn't post on here over the weekend because I only use the app on my phone at weekends. So...

    ***************************************************************************************************************************

    DAY 1:

    I did day 1 of the 30 Day Shred

    = 237 calories.

    ***************************************************************************************************************************

    DAY 2:

    I did day 2 of the 30 Day Shred plus 2 hours of ironing and cleaning

    = 566 calories.

    ***************************************************************************************************************************

    DAY 3:

    I did day 3 of the 30 Day Shred and tonight I am doing my Body Pump class followed by my Body Balance class

    = 650 calories.

    The only thing that bugs me is that I'm having to go with what is on the database in terms of how many calories I've burnt. I'm DESPERATE to get a HRM so I can see exactly how much I'm burning. But at least I'm getting a rough idea.

    Day 3....& it's raining in Brisbane Australia :( Which means doing more landscaping and a good calorie burn went with the rain :(

    But....

    Exercise: 30 Day Shred & Bicycle

    Hope everyone is doing well! Like SlimShadieG I also need to get a HRM, priced one on Friday & they wanted $199 + for them :( I know there is cheaper out there...so waiting to find a good one at the right price.

    I had an unexpected house guest and couldn't do any afternoon exercise... so I didn't go over my cals from y'day.

    *sigh*
    And I don't know that I'll be good tomorrow either since I'm at work all day and house guest is couch surfing. Will try my hardest!

    Exercise done: 30 day shred

    October 1st ... running 20 mins + walking 30 mins = 356 cals burned
    October 2nd... walking 120 mins+ 60 mins cleaning = 382 cals burned

    I will log todays tommorow but my plan is running tonight! :love:

    ***Just a wee reminder, can everyone log as written below so that we can all easily see what has been done, and also how much extra you have done since the previous day!! The deal is to do a little extra each day and log that extra, even if it's just one calorie. Remember there is a whole month to go so don't burn out too early. Everyone is doing fabby so far, well done!! :)


    Tues 3rd October

    Workout type: Cross Trainer & Doggy walk (in 38degree heat I might add!!! Yes, even at 8pm!)

    Calories Burned: 605 & 230 = 835

    + (since previous day): 233 cals (should really only read 3 cals + as I didn't include the dog walk in Saturday's log)
