October 1st ... running 20 mins + walking 30 mins = 356 cals burned
October 2nd... walking 120 mins+ 60 mins cleaning = 382 cals burned
October 3rd...Workout dvd 65 Mins + 15 mins walking= 286 burned... didnt have time to do anymore! so il make up for it tonight!0 -

Calories burned today 672. exercise walking (inclined treadmill 3.5) arc trainer, and pushing mowing yard. I believe that makes it +528 calories difference between today and yesterday (without going back and looking.)
