I'm 5'5" about 134 at the moment. My weight is usually ~132-133. I'd just like to get to about 129. Not that many lbs, but a big difference for me! Its usually very difficult for me to stay below that 132 number.

ok have definitely slipped a little in the past couple days but still doing ok binge wise. really have to make sure that i make it to the store to keep food in the fridge and not get too busy and skip meals! me -13 binge - 2

yup i completely agree. i learned long ago that if i realllllly reallllly want something and the craving is not fleeting/momentary - I should just go eat it. otherwise i spend so much time obsessing over the "banned food" and eat so many calories trying to get the same satisfaction. i call this situation: "just eat the…

Whelp had a couple days that were pretty much disaster zone eating wise. Not the worst ever (more just overeating than binging) but really cut into my losses. It is strangely helpful to see that not everyone is perfect and other people have slip ups. Hoping we all have a great week coming up though! Me - 13 Binge - 2

Hi everybody! I really like the "break idea" - I've definitely had the feelings SoLiveItUp is talking about. The guilt! I'm always scared to just eat until I'm full instead of tracking - but maybe just because it would force me to actually face my feelings!

I'm with butterfly love... No great words of wisdom but I'm going through the same thing! It's like I just dont care anymore and I keep eating a TON! Just cannot seem to stay under goal and I don't know why!
