I would strongly recommend cutting out sugar and artificial sugar from everything not fruit, vegetable, or dairy. I only say that because it worked for me. I haven't had more then a few cravings in months among other benefits.

I'm surprised at how many people log everything, thats awesome! For me it's not about calories or any other nutrient, it's just part of my personality. If it's important It has to be perfect

Vegetables are what you're looking for. Broccoli, cauliflower, squash, spinach, kale, asparagus, brussel sprouts, cabbage, etc. There's a ton you can do with veggies to make them into meals. these are known side effects of the medicine. Talk to your doctor about switching meds. I wish I could help more, I would suggest googleing what happens when you stop taking them.

I pay close attention to sugar, but it is naturally in fruits, vegetables, and milk. So I just ignore any sugar from anything in those categories, and try to keep it low everywhere else.

I've got mixed feelings about the whole thing, but Dannon make a diabetic friendly "light and fit" yogurt. It has 3g sugar. I've seen it in two flavors Vanilla and Stawberry
