  • I am also having the same thing. I went to the doc and it is plantar fasciatis and a bone spur. I have not been able to work out in over a week and don't see myself being able to work out like I was anytime soon. The doc gave me some exercises, medicine and wants a follow up next week.   • Thanks for the websites. They are very helpful! Right now I am injured and can't walk much so I am trying to watch the caloric intake more. That is when I saw the BMR number and became confused.

  • I just started using Plant Fusion and I really like it a lot. The vanilla bean has a bit of an aftertaste, but the chocolate is really yummy.

Its in one of the cookbooks but if you google Black Bean Brownies I am sure some alternate recipes pop up. They are a great substitute and have no flour so they are low cal.

  • Does FITBIT record other things than walking or running? I have been researching it and am wondering because I do a lot on the stationary bike and didn't know if it would capture that info.
  • Very good. She gained a lot of fame as one of the trainers on Biggest Loser. It is hard to read her without thinking she isn't telling you to get up and move. Her book also provides a lot of the science that makes since on why things work and why they don't.
