I love soaking oats overnight in apple juice, just enough to cover them. By morning they're all chilled, apple-y (it's a word), and fluffy. I throw in some blueberries, a spoon of greek yoghurt and pumpkin seeds and it's good to go. YUM.

I've never had whey and haven't heard of them since Little Miss Muffet lol
    Chocolate overnight oatmeal

    You will need:
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
    2 tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa
    1 tbsp. stevia
    1/2 banana (sliced)
    1 tbsp. unsweetened carob chips

Ok mix every thing but the chips and the banana chucks, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge. In the morning uncover and put the chips and banana on top…….then enjoy

    Oh, my, that sounds good!

This is what I ate this morning (but made last night)

    Vanilla Coconut Oats

    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1/4 cup oat bran
    3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
    1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
    2 tbsp shredded coconut

Mix together, throw in fridge. Taste the awesomeness in the morning. :)
