I have had overnight oatmeal everyday this week and I have 3 more in my fridge now to get through the weekend! I have tried dark chocolate banana, mango almond (FAVORITE!!), raspberry vanilla, & cinnamon blueberry (2nd FAV!!). I have another mango almond ready to go for tomorrow morning and then dark chocolate strawberry & peanut butter banana for over the weekend. I have made them this week without the chia seeds because I couldn't get to a store that carried them. Hopefully I can get to a store sometime over the next few days for that part.

Yes, O_O is the bomb  There are several topics about them.

My favorite is chocolate PB2 and banana and second is mango.... which I make exactly like the OP's Pina Colada only with fresh mango instead of pineapple.

In a pinch, I have used flavored Chobani yogurt when I don't have fresh fruit or plain greek yogurt. I have also used plain regular yogurt and it works fine.... just not as thick as using the greek yogurt.

It is by far my favorite breakfast..... and even lunch sometimes.

Finally tried some last night/this morning!! SOO freakin good. I used 1/3 cup each of rolled oats, coconut milk and fage 0% greek yogurt, 1/2 banana mixed with cinnamon and chia seeds. I topped it with aloha granola (pineapple coconut white chocolate) and it was DIVINE! Tasted like a rich dessert!! :-)

I eat a variation of that everyday. I really like to add chia seeds to mine. I make them in mason jars a few days in advance. If I am short for time I will occasionally throw one in my lunch bag. Life saver.

Why are they called "overnight" oats?

Do they sneak out in the morning?

Love overnight oats. I've been using recipes from The Yummy Life website and improvising when we have fruit that needs to be used up, but I will have to try some of these new ideas. Thanks all.

My favorite is the Raspberry Vanilla. The Chia seeds are a definite must. Most natural food stores carry them. I found the recipes here (there are several!) http://www.theyummylife.com/Refrigerator_Oatmeal Enjoy!
