  • I feel the same way. I looking forward to hearing a few suggestions. I also workout 5 days a week, eat healthy, and I also wear a body arm from body media. I think I am doing everything right. But the scale have not budged since August.
  • I just received mine last week. Love it. I linked it to myfitnesspal. I can definitely say it makes me move more. When I wear it I am more aware, and I get up and walk. Yesterday I was at home, I was laying in bed. I remembered that I was wearing it. That made me get up and walk down stairs, just for walking.
  • Yes I have been taking measurement. I have lost some inches and my clothes fit better. But 6 months and no loss is beginning to bother me. I know I lift heavy, but I should still be seeing the scale move down
  • I use workout videos at at home. Right now I am doing Jillian Michael Revolution. It is kicking my but but it works. I can see the difference already. I usually go home drop everything , change and head to my basement. If I sit I will not do a workout. I also tell my family do not disturb me , only if the house is burning…
  • Actually thats my dream size. For most people a size 2 or 4 is what they want but a 10 is awesome to me. I think I would rival Kim Kardashian at a 10 (lol). For me that means about 15 more pounds or overall 10 more inches off all of my body. Aim high and dream big,.:flowerforyou:
  • Congratulations. I know the power of weight training. It shrinks your body even when the scale is stuck. You have inspired me to move forward.:flowerforyou:
  • I understand what you are going through. I was at the same weight for 4 months, but I kept shrinking. I got very disappointed at first but then when I noticed that my pants were fitting looser I was ok. Take your measurements and look at how your clothes fit. Also give your body a chance to adapt to the new weight training
  • I do not go to the gym. If I tried I would just waste my money because I WOULD NOT GO. I work out at home using excersice videos. Right now I am doing Jillian Micheals body revolution. All you need are some weights or a band and a little space . I can workout either in the morning when I am not working, or in the afternoon…
  • !. I had high blood pressure 2.. By 1 oclock at work I was so tired I wanted to sleep 3. I felt unattractive 4. The final straw my mother in law came to visit and exclaimed "man you are fat" as she walked through the door . I was so embarrassed. It sounded to me like she said damn your are not good enough for my son. Who…
  • I understand because this is my second time doing MFP. What I find works is that at night I log my food for the next day. By doing this I know exactly what I will eat the next day. I also look at the exercise as a way to eat a few more calories, or to give me a little more wiggle room with food. Remind yourself you do not…
  • I would suggest you mix it up, to make sure you get the excersise in. When you can do the P90X and when you cannot wake up just do a shorter workout. Remember the goal here is to workout.
  • I am the same I do this for health. That is the only way i will see results. I will rely on my clothes and energy level to tell me whether or not I am doing ok. And also stabilizing my blood pressure. I am also going into this gradually, because if I make too much of a drastic change I know I will get frustrated and give…
  • I totally know the feeling. I felt better but I just wanted to see the scale move.
  • I just started the push phase yesterday. I hope to have those results. Great job
  • WOW. I had to read your response about her not wanting you there twice. To be honest tears came to my eyes. I do not have siblings, but I know hurt. The best thing is to love her the same and never say a bad thing about her in the presence of your kids. Love knows no bounderies . As a member posted that beauty queens have…

  • I have been working out for a month now. I eat between 1200-1350 calories per day and work out Monday to Friday. I alternate Chalean extreme with cardio I have gained instead of loose. This an be very frustrating. But I am sticking to the program for the log haul. But it would be nice to see some progress.
  • Thanks everyone for responding to me. I followed the advice and changed my goal to 1.5 pound per week which gave me more calories. My original calories was 1200 now it is 1430. I will follow this and see what happens. I started 3 weeks ago, I also started chalean extreme the same time. I have not lost any weight at all but…
  • I am new too. I started 5 days ago. I find that if I log the days meals the night before I will stick to it. I also drink water throughout the day. I will keep you posted on my progress.
