Have you ever tried Arbonne protein shakes? They're vegan: pea, cranbery and rice protein. I'm not a consultant but, I'm sure you could find one. I buy off of their website through a friend that is if you can't find anyone and want to try.

I've been a splenda fan for over 5 years now. The only thing I find that is sweet enough for me is Stevia. I tried fructose but, it just had a strange effect on my coffee.

I am 5'5 CW 173lbs. I wear a size 12 dress. Pants 14 in some pants but mostly 12's. I went shopping in my big bins I keep of my old clothes the other night. My clothes from 1999 are much smaller. I hated meat. I had to eat protein bars and shakes at first. I was born a carbivore. I could eat pancakes three times a day. After exercising consistently for a few months.....I rip into chicken like a piranah, I can eat 4 pieces of fishe without even realizing the veggies are still in the microwave....I still am disgusted…

Carbs, Sodium and sugar are great to have deficits. Protein in my opinion is a free for all. My only issue is making sure I have the fiber as well depending on you personally over time you may see you need some extra if you are not getting alot of carbs.

My sister was an Army Recruiter for awhile. My advice woul be to talk to one first. You are very close to aging out as you are already aware. Both my boys are in NJROTC and are in the 11th grade. They have very intense PT almost everyday. I would talk to a recruiter and take the ASVAB first. Then decide if you want to…

You look amazing lady! Your goals are your own for sure. I agree with Arny. I would stick with it for a while longer and put everyone else out of your head. I may or may not be taller than you. I'm at 173 at this point and am positive even though my BP and cholestorel are perfect that with age it will be harder and harder.…

I've got screws, plates and cement in my back and they took my left lower lobe of my lung out. It is not easy at all. Aquatic physical therapy has been my secret weapon.

My first four months I lost 9 lbs. I gained back 5 and then in October went nuts. I was eating too much and I knew it. I am not as active as most people. When I do exercise I need to rest more so it is a little different for everyone. You will hear everybody's OPINION on here all day long. In the end what works for you is…

There is no RDA for sodium because the human diet has never lacked it. An adequate amount of sodium for adults is between 250 and 500 mg/day. The Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for healthy adults is 2300 mg/day. The 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends an upper limit of 1500 mg/day for people over 50 and…

umm...If you're anything like me.....stay far away from people, pets anything with a pulse at least for 24-48 hours. I even go as far as not talking on the phone as much as possible. If I end up going to the gym or downstairs to workout someone gets my wrath so It's best I stay put away from my keys especially since road…
