  • anyone have a "guess" how many calories are burned doing the 30 day shred level 1? Anyone wearing a body bug maybe?
  • Can you tell me the fastest way to get the CD? I would like to start on the 5th but need to get the CD.....maybe this will be my way to knock out the "final 10"....which seem to be sticking around.....or at least get a good jump on it. Thanks.
  • Well said Body/Flash
  • I think typically people are eating much more than 1200 cal per day. Men in the 2200 range and women probably more like 1800.....but they are burning way more calories per day.....and they need the extra calories for fuel. In the case of BL those people are working out 8 hours a day or more......that's all they do. Have…
  • My amazon copy for $9 shipped over weekend...can't wait to start.
  • Not even sure what it is......but am interested....
  • I have been going back and forth as well.....for the last 6 months or so. Up 2 then down 2. Very frustrating. I even just completed a marathon in October....and all the training didn't help me lose but just a couple lbs. So...I am looking for some specific ways to trick my body into shedding 6 more lbs. But...I am…
  • [Congrats! Sorry my last reply was meant to go here to you!] I was in that same boat at the beginning of year. Needed to lose those last 10 so I could fit into my wedding dress. I lost those last 10 in about 6 months. It does take a lot of paying attention to food and consistency in your workouts. This is where clean…
  • congrats on your wedding and getting into that dress!! And congrats for getting back on program.
  • I read in Bob Greens Best Life that you need to increase your exercise level....there is a scale for the levels.....so if you do 3-4 days of hard cardio in a week, by increasing to the next level, you wouldn't really even need to change the food plan you follow. That is of course if you are maintaining....I call it…
  • I know what you mean about the binge attack...I get so frustrated...on the weekend I have too much time to dwell and end up eating. The week is not so bad because of work etc.....but getting back on board is important. I am hoping to get some good motivational help on here. Stick to it!
  • Well...I will start this tonight.

  • Juanita, How did Portland go for you?
  • Yay! I did it.....chip time was 4:38:32. Was a great run.........had some knee problems in lat August but was back at it about 3 weeks prior to the race. The time off slowed my time down a bit but that is okay with me. I am back on track with running and hopefully now can focus on the weight loss.
  • You will do great....an 18 miler already......that is awesome! Keep me posted on your training. For my first marathon the longest run I did before was an 18. It didn't seem that bad because it was so exciting. Plus we ran pretty slow.....the goal was to finish. I ran a 15 miler last week and am scheduled for 17 on Saturday.
  • It is on October 4th. I've heard it is one of the best. Great course and lots of support. It would be fun to share training info, etc....
  • Thanks Andrea.....
