Completed Day 2 Level 1. Friday is usually my day of exercise rest, so I am just proud of myself for doing it.0

Is it too late to join? I have just started and have not been doing any exercise really. Just can't get motivated. This may be the just what I need to get started.0

Today is Level 1, Day 4 for me... wish me luck!
I feel great, though. No soreness or stiffness this morning! And my knees have quit cracking :laugh:0 -
Level 2 day 1. Felt like I was going to collapse, but I finished.:happy:Fios only has level 2 available on On demand.0

Well today will be day 5 level one. My boyfriend says he is going to do the workout with me today....Can't wait to see how he does0

If it's not too late, I want to join! On Demand has a few days but I'm not quite sure how this works with the different levels and days...I'm going out shopping later so I will look for it today!0

Completed Day 3 of Level 1. It was hard to get motivated to do it because I worked out this morning, but knowing that I had made the commitment helped me through. "It's only 20 minutes" I keep telling myself.0

Day five level one complete. And my boyfreind did it too. He said the pushups were the hardest for him. Although he is in great shape.0

I actually like level 2 a lot better. Level 3 is the hardest for me but it goes the quickest. Level 1 is my least favorite. But, she does say that each level is a good workout on its own.0 -

Did level 2, day 1 yesterday...I must say it was pretty tough. I had to put down my weights a few times and take a couple breaks but I will keep at it and hope I improve!0

Ok so I'm a little late but I went ahead and started the 30 day shred yesterday and all I have to say is OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hurt *laughs*
Muscles that I didn't know I had are screaming at me. Laughing even hurts and I'm a happy person and laugh a lot. SUCKS! lol but like my co-worker keeps saying "Pain is weakness leaving the body" I just wish I didn't have THIS much weakness lol0 -
So I totally got off track the last few days... My excuse is a nasty cold, but really, exercising probably would have made me feel better. Endorphins you know. So tomorrow morning is a new day, and a new start. Day 1 (again) of Level 1!

How do you know you burned 151? Do you have a HRM?
I always just estimated that I burned between 250 - 300. I have no idea, but that was based on what others found when they used a HRM. They were approx. the same size as me as well.0 -

Did not do the shred today But I did do 30 minutes of strength and 45 minutes of cardio.0

I did shred today did day 3 of level 1 will do it again tommorrow burned less calories today not sure 138 calories but it was 55% fat according to my Polar0
