Totally agree. I'm (now) 182lbs and I have been sticking to between 1000-1200 calories, and if I feel hungry I might go over this, but I try not to go over any more than about 1400 calories. I never let myself feel hungry, and on 1000, I don't ever feel hungry. And it's paying off! Just hit the 1 stone mark!

Done it! Not easy, I can tell you, but not as hard as I thought. I thought that I was going to have to stop running, but I managed to push through and did all of the running (and all of the walking) I can definitely feel it in my legs. Ooft!

Just bumping up my post... seeing if anyone is in a similar situation. I have reassessed my goal and put myself at a goal of 161lbs... which means I have to lose a total of 41lbs... meaning I have 35 left to lose, putting me at a 2lb/week loss... a little more achievable but still impressive!
