Havnt been 130lbs since i was 14 so im really working hard at it plus we are trying to conceive at the moment so losing weight will help0 -
When you've plateaued don't get frustrated, keep it up. Switch it up a little to shock your body back into action. Example, take three days straight and eat an extra 300 - 400 calories that day. Then go back to dieting more strictly. That typically helps me when I plateau. The real problem I have is keeping off the weight I lose. I can lose (with considerable effort) but as soon as I start to slack on tracking my eating, I immediately put the weight back on. :-|0

Heaviest, 151 in late 2008.
Just started on MFP 2 days ago at 132 lbs. I was plateauing between 129 and 133 so I figured I better start counting calories again. (Thanks to the poster above me for the plateau tips!!)
Weighed in yesterday at 131 but I over-snacked last night and am dreading the scale this morning. Hubby's in the bathroom so I can't weigh myself ATM.
Goal weight: 100 or 105.
Scanning the posts here I see that my current weight is a lot of people's goal weight so I should probably feel good but I still have a muffin top when I wear certain jeans and a double chin when I see myself in photos (*shudder*).
100 lbs for me would not be borderline anorexic or anything, that was my weight for most of my life; I'm very petite and have a small chest. 100 lbs would put me back in my old size 3 jeans that have been sitting in a box in my closet since October 2005 and would make me quite happy! :happy:0 -

My goal weight is for October, before I go back to University for my final year... but my Ultimate goal would be 140lbs, putting me in the healthy weight category for my height... I would like to reach that by Graduation (July 2013)0 -

i used to be very active, played sports and danced for years. i never had to watch what i ate because i was so active. when i stopped being active and started drinking, my weight really grew. my ugw is 115 because i think i looked the best then. i would be happy to hit 120 right now though! i have a long way to go.0 -

I was also stuck at plateau last year and I was really frustrated .. I just told myself that its better to maintain weight than to gain right ? ... anyways, I saw that to keep on losing weight u gotta change ur excercises .. for example, if u use ur treadmill, leave it and start some cardioworkouts and aerobics. If u eat the same breakfast maybe u can change it ....0
