I am 23 and I am 5'4''. I am determined to lose this weight and get into some serious shape. I am not so much concerned with getting down to one specific weight, rather getting down to a certain percentage of body fat.0 -

hiya!
i'm 33, and started out in april last year at 230lbs. i'm down to about 175lbs now and about to run a marathon in 2 weeks!
i just wanted to say that it's not all about the numbers on the scale- sometimes they lie! it's good to focus on fitness too (if you're intending to become fit as well as slimmer). i don't have a goal size- i just wanted to feel better and achieve things i thought weren't possible for me (like running about with my kids, or running a marathon!).

Glad to know I'm not the only shorty embarking on this journey! It's a lifestyle change for the better. (: Thanks to everyone who is keeping me motivated! Success stories definitely give me the inspiration to keep going! It's only been a little over a week since I started eating clean and working out again. But I hope to have a success story of my own to share at the end of my journey as well! Good luck to everyone & keep it going!0 -
I'm 5ft, 0in.
I'm 163lbs (as of last week) I haven't done my first weigh in yet.
I would like to get down to 120.
I was 105lbs until I got on birthcontrol and I gained over 55lbs in a year.
I've tried Alli and a few other weight loss programs and they were all complete failures.
I'm done with excuses. I'm gonna stay at or below my calorie goal every day and exercise.
It's the healthiest and most permanent way to KEEP the weight off.
Ps. KCCO.
