someone posted this in the tips forum and I love it. What I do is on my last day of the week and the last run I just keep running. I run for as long as I can and I have noticed that every week I can run a little bit more. I am up to 15 minutes of running after my work out. I do still do the last walk and then the cool down…

Sorry all. i was looking at the calendar and read it wrong. I was so exited to start it that I skimmed it and saw two lines and thought that was two different work outs. But thanks everyone. I did day 1 today and my body is so sore. Can't wait to do day 2 tomorrow.

Feb 4: 400 Feb 5: 432 Total = 832 Im going slowly but I started Insanity and that plus my other workout will help me get back on track.

I did the fit test today. I will start the first workout tomorrow. Do you know if I have to do both the works out at the same time o can I split it. I work out in the morning and in the evening and was hoping I can do this both times.

I have a polar ft7. I love it. It tracks calories, time working out, and heart rate. To me that is all I need to track when I work out. You can add me. I do my diary a little differently however. Everyday I log in and fill in my exercise. I only log my food on Fridays. I am also very late. I thought that I weighed in but apparently not. Starting Weight: 207.5 Week 1 (12/10) : 205 Week 2 (12/17) : 202.2 I weigh myself every friday so that could be why I forgot. This week I am getting back on track. I will also post this in the thread for tomorrow.

Tuesday: Food - Did NOT stay within my goal. Very bad day. Cardio - Did 30DS. Level 1 Strength - Not sure if this counts but I did a lot of squats during my 30DS Water - I was so close but so far away.
