Hi! My name is Vinny and im a senior in highschool. I have played football all my life and I am continuing it next year in college. I have played on the O-line and i weigh about 250 and im 6'0. I have a semi-athletic body, decently strong. I bench press about 320, and squat about 450. The one thing i have definitely lacked is cardio. So tomorrow i will be starting the Insanity workout, and from what i hear as long as you stick with it, it works wonders. My diet isnt horrible but it is hard especially having a restaurant in the family. I just joined for support and to support others on their weight loss journey. My goal is 220 by hopefully my birthday April 23rd. So if anyone has any words of inspiration or tips i would love to hear them!

Be careful with form. I am pretty fit. I finished P90X before starting Insanity, and I sprained my AC joint in my shoulder 2 weeks into the program. 4 weeks in and its still not healed. I can walk, jog, and do some plyo but all workouts involving the arms are out for now. I am so grumpy about that.0
