Really great topic, thanks for posting. I have no off switch and when I binge, I binge a HUGE amount of very bad food, I just keep going and going with it like I cannot get enough. Because of this inability to know when I've had enough or I am full, the thing for me is will power to resist it in the first place and…

Really sorry, but I'm going to have to back out as had an operation recently and eating erratically due to my meds (which are also making me very sick). Good luck everyone x

I burn over 500 calories in this hour, probably at an overall effort of 8. I've gone from no exercise in years to joining a gym last November and learning to run for the last…

If you're bored, you head will automatically go to food, so keep busy. Drink plenty of water, often we're not hungry but dehydrated. And if you're craving sweet things, try brushing your teeth,it helps! Oh and one more thing, it does get easier, honest! x

For me, drink plenty of water and if the cravings get bad, brush your teeth, sounds daft but it does help. Oh and keep busy so that food isn't all you think about. Good luck, it does get easier, promise!

Dry brushing is when you use a body brush and brush areas of your body to stimulate lymphatic drainage. Must be done in the direction of your heart. Hope that helps!

I'm interested in being a part of this, but as someone who has only recently started doing a little exercise, I have no idea what to set as a goal, any suggestions for a noob?

For all the real advice, thank you. For all the b*tching and rudeness, take it somewhere else next time. Especially the spelling nazi.
