  • I hate the taste of salmon im sorry! I've tried so many different recipes and even bought smoked salmon in the hope that it might somehow overpower the fishy taste of it but nothing works, im upset because i know the benefits of eating salmon but i just cant stomach it! i prefer a milder tasting fish like cod.

  • yay! its not just me! thanks guys im considering not buying snacks altogether (i've been known to polish off a whole 5 pack bag of snackajacks in front of the telly), il stick to fruit, carrot sticks for a crunchy fix, and tea...it helps to fill you up!
  • eat protein rich foods that are also low on saturated fats is the way to go... try tuna, egg whites, chicken breast or turkey breast and low fat cheeses (such as weightwatchers) hope this helps!
