THEY ALLOW ME AROUND 1,500/DAY WITHOUT THE EXERCISE. I'M USUALLY WITHIN A HUNDRED WHETHER I GO A LITTLE OVER OR UNDER. AND WITH EXERCISE, WELL WHAT I DO USUALLY ADDS 500-600 CALORIES.
