Everything is weighed and scanned ( if it can be scanned ) I'm gona try the other measuring way by tape and clothes but I'll leave it for another 8 weeks. Thanks for the replies I'm a month in, I really thought weight wise it would have been decreased but I guess all the above replies are true ill measure by clothes and measurements and weight in another 8 weeks just to see. Thanks for your help, yeah I guess I'm stuck for what I think is best too, I'm guess decent taste decent price 0 fat content and as low as carbs as I can get. Thanks again I'll check out that place and hopefully I'll get something over the next few days too Cheers :)

There is no easy route, but if you start today at least you'll make a dent! I always wanted the easy way and expected it to happen tomorrow, but that's why I failed, you'll be surprised what you can achieve in 8-10 weeks but it takes you being honest and consistent, this is probably the best place to be on every day…

I agree 100% I weighed today and lost 5kg as I hadn't weighed in two weeks but felt slimmer in clothes, I did also take pics two weeks ago so in around 6 more weeks I'll take more to compare. Thanks for your advice, it's very much appreciated J
