  • I eat a lot of FAGE greek yogurt the rasberry is my fav. I dont think Greek yogurt has much lactose in it. I am pretty sensitive to lactose.but tolerate it. I sometimes add fat free whipped cream and a few sprinkles. Very light on both of course.

  • Good article and I have seen others that support this. Basically for most people who have kept the weight off their diet and exercise tends to be better tan the average population. In addition I have seen data by several doctors who have stated that metabolic needs decrease by 30% when compared to the average person.

  • Just try it out and see if you like it. I dont mind the stuff when I use it correctly. I will use it sometimes with the real thing so I can add less or I will use it as a base in something that I am making. Get Shiratake noodles as well.

  • No its fine unless you have an allergy to it like I do. I have Celiac Disease so its different for me but I totally miss a good slice of Pizza every now and then.
  • Dont eat more food. There is no data to support that line of thinking. I think you should double check your food intake and then make sure you have a blood test with thyroid function tests as well to make sure there is nothing wrong.
