  • enjoy vacation, don't stress every day but be mindful if your vacation is more than a week. Enjoy.
  • have you tried any program like weight watchers or advocare 24 day challenge? I do the 24 day challenge with a group of people every few months and it works so wonderful for all of us. I do my next one Sept 10.
  • you should enjoy from time to time, it is not bad! In fact when you have one or two days a week where you do not track it shows best long term results. if you obsess or restrict all the time, it sets you up for falling off long term and possible big binges. Enjoy and don't beat yourself up. Smile, namaste.

  • Mandy Ingber is fabulous, great energy and an awesome workout. It's all levels and a beginner or very advanced can do it with different modifications for beginners.
  • have you used nighttime recovery to help work out the lactic acid so that you aren't sore after intense workouts?
