This is going over my desk! I use a yoga ball as my chair at work so I can roll back and do crunches occasionally.

I workout so I don't end up like my father, barely 50 and already 2 heart attacks, diabetes, joint issues, severely overweight, etc. Also, who doesn't want to look in the mirror and feel good about how you look?

My grocery store stocks caffeinated water, ShockH20. It has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee and it tastes like plain water.

Hey! I live in Forsyth, GA and work in Macon. Went to school at GA Southern and hopefully will be starting my Masters at UGA next spring. So great to see there are plenty of motivated GA folks on this site! I only want to lose about 15lbs, keeping it off has always been the issue for me.
