I do the same thing now, but he only eats 3/4 of the 2/3, so more left over..Not a problem, sometimes he goes and eats it later.

I measure out a tablespoon of nestle semi sweet morsels and eat one here and there. Sometimes the it lasts a couple of days, sometimes one day, sometimes a week. 70 calories.

You sound like you know what you have to do. Now set attainable goals. One suggestion is to make your own lunch the night before and prelog your meals. Also, I where my spandex and tank under my work clothes, so I have less excuse to skip..and feel obligated to go. I use to go every other day..now I am trying to do 4days 1…

I have similar problems..I leave at 4AM for the gym & work and get home @5 PM..when I'm cooking supper is my challenge time..I also have trouble drinking water since there is no time to use the bathroom..I am going to try to prelog the night before..

I struggle, but I find when I prelog for the day it helps me stay focused and in control.

I believe in breakfast, but you do not need to eat it when you first get up. That makes for a long day of eating. I usually eat breakfast 2 hrs after I get up.
