Current: 182 pounds
Goal by my Birthday, November 29th: 166 pounds
I haven't been in the 160s in about 5 years, so my birthday gift to myself this year is to buy a new holiday dress. At my 166 pound self.

I don't have a scale, but at the doctors last werk i was 162, I wear a size 12 jean, & want to be down to a Size 10 by November 30 th.
I've signed up for a 30 DAY GREEN SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE, which is also starting on October 1st & I'll incorporate the Smoothies into MY FITNESS PAL DIARY!!0 -

Just an encouraging word for you all!!!
Keep pushing through difficult moments. Breakthrough is assured if you refuse to give up. This is much like the birthing process; the reward is worth the fight. You will press into a new beginning when old things are in the past and put away! I'm right along with every one of you and I know we can all do it!

So glad you are with us!! Now with you it makes 24 and growing! Yay for accountability! Staying motivated is a little like taking a bath....If you miss a day or more it doesn't work very well! I think most of us need daily motivation and I will be here everyday for both!0 -

GW for Challenge: 260.
I want to eventually be 200 which is in the healthy range given my height and build. But that would be an unreal and unhealthy goal for 2 months, so 260 is more realistic. While the 19.6 lbs of weight loss might seem a bit high, it should be manageable since my weight yesterday was 276.9 lbs. I gained 3.7 lbs overnight, which is likely due to retained water due to a high sodium diet yesterday. Given my weight yesterday, the 260 goal is a lot more realistic, I think.0 -
Im in. im scared because i love turkey and candy! ive been working hard at changing my sugar intake so i can use all the help i can get with halloween around the corner!
