When I didn't use MFP, sharing to me was equal 50/50. Now, I realize my husband is 6 inches taller and can have more calories without gaining. This change in thought has helped me, and of course CICO.

Yeah I have a tall husband whereas I am small, so when we share I give him 2/3 of the portion.1

I do the same thing now, but he only eats 3/4 of the 2/3, so more left over..Not a problem, sometimes he goes and eats it later.0 -
I feel you. I'm about 3-4 inches shorter than my husband. He also lifts heavy and has a ton of muscles. I keep myself on the low end of BMI. To maintain my weight, I only get 1,800-1,900 cals. To maintain his weight, he gets to eat something like 2,500-3,000 (not precise because he doesn't weigh his food, just a guess).1
