To me when you take out anything from your diet cold turkey the results are immediate. Like if you are a huge soda or juice all day person and in my case a few glasses of red you lose those extra calories so there has to be a positive result from that. I stick to red wine so it can at least be heart healthy and try to…

You look fabulous!!! What an amazing journey! Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

uugh!! that is exactly how I feel. Its like the eating triggers a need for more eating. I'd say though if you are making healthy food choices to go ahead and eat something small rather than starve. Maybe do weights in AM every other day so you can have that continuous calorie burn the entire day to offset the food.

 Thanks! It indeed is. I did P90X, the dvds and the nutrition plan and I believe I ate around 1200 calories a day that is why I wonder about eating them back.

Thanks everyone. That made sense.

Thanks everyone for all the info.

It originally said I should eat 1200 calories a day but when I work out and burn almost that many calories it asks me to eat them back. I don't believe I should eat 2400 calories a day if I do two large workouts a day. Doesn't that make me just maintain my current weight?
