I have never of that but I did have to have tummy tuck, breast lift and thigh lift. I am very pleased with my body now...I had so much loose skin after losing 131 pounds.

I'm 5-8" and weigh 170 lbs and wear a size 10! Don't think I'm going to get any smaller either! Started out of 300 lbs wearing a size 24!

Thanks! I worry alot! My biggest concerns is back in January i had a tummy tuck...after losing 135 lbs, i had to get rid of the skin! I just dont want to mess that up...it cost too much and hurt way too bad!

I have PCOS and lost 130 lbs with it! I really had to watch what i would eat! I cut back on carbs.

Before I had a Tummy Tuck to remove loose skin, I was working out 5 days a week doing cardio and weights! I'm just now getting back to working out but I'm still not 100%! What muscle i had on my arms and legs are GONE! I'm just trying to figure out what in the world to do!

10 lbs away ticker not right...all that is pretty much left on my body is skin! This is probably too much info but all my stomach is is skin.

I quit drinking cokes and just stuck to water and went to the gym at least 5 times a week! I also quit eating out as much too.

I was diagnosed with pcos 3 years ago it was until year and half ago i decided i need to lose weight! As of today I have lose 102lbs! Its not easy but its not impossible! I will tell you that these last 40lbs do NOT want to come off!

I have pcos too and have lost 100 lbs just exercising counting calories and eating low carbs.

I have lost 100 lbs with out lap band! You just have to exercise and watch what you eat.

Thanks everyone! I have found that this last 50lbs is taking longer to lose but at my gym that are doing this weight loss challenge thing sort of like the Biggest Loser and it starts next Tuesday, so I'm hoping it will get me motivated!

When i first started I weighed 294 and wore a size 24! Today I weigh 198 and wear 14/16!

Well, a few months ago I went to the gym and worked out and I had to leave I was hunched over in pain! I have pcos and i dont know if it makes it worse for me or what but it sucks! Tonight i'm going to clean my house and it usually takes me a few hours to clean...because I'm a clean freak!
