What kind of workouts are you doing? Ive been on a kettlebell program that has 3 45 minute workouts per week and I do one day of cardio on the weekend.0

Before I had a Tummy Tuck to remove loose skin, I was working out 5 days a week doing cardio and weights! I'm just now getting back to working out but I'm still not 100%! What muscle i had on my arms and legs are GONE! I'm just trying to figure out what in the world to do!0
