Hi All,

Just wanted to share my tiny success of my before and during pictures ( since I am still losing ).... I have never posted pictures here before so be patient with me if they do not post the first time around....lol I am so looking forward to when I can share my before and AFTER pictures! Please feel free to insert your before and during pictures too.....

    Change the caps "IMG" to lowercase "img".

    Here's mine!
    It's taken me since May 2009 to lose 39 lbs, but I'm happy about it! I'm not where I want to be, goal weight wise (150) but I'm getting close!!

    Here's mine!
    It's taken me since May 2009 to lose 39 lbs, but I'm happy about it! I'm not where I want to be, goal weight wise (150) but I'm getting close!!

    Oh Smack Brit you look awesome!!!!! My goal weight is 145lbs so hopefully I will be looking like your after pic...... That's such motivation!!!!!

    Thanks so much! The back flab is still there a little bit, but not like before. I just do a lot of running 3 miles each time on the treadmill. && a week ago I started Jillian's 30 day shred and it's been helping a lot. I'm hoping to be to my goal weigh before summer! Although, I won't be able to wear a bikini.. pics don't show, but the front view is not as pretty as the side. Honestly, I have a butt gutt that I pull pants up to hide :-( I hope it goes down a little with the 30 day shred!

    Wow! What an inspiration! My stomach looks like those before pictures after 2 kids and I want to get it like you all's after pics. I see someone mentioned running 3 miles on a treadmill. Is cardio the only form of exercise you're doing or is weight incorporated in there somewhere?

    Do it JJrunner....the one and ONLY reason I did it was because it was asked by one of my MFP friends and then I decided to share it with the boards. I had no idea the look was that different until I actually did it. I stunned myself!

    I am the one who mentioned running. I don't suggest that's all you do, it's just one of the thing's I do. I love to run, I feel great afterwards so I run and I recently started doing the 30 day shred with Jillian Michael's and am looking into p90x.

    I run/walk on the treadmill for about 45 mins. I also do the stepper or glider for about 15 to 20 mins. On other days, I might take a class at the gym ( aerobics, kick boxing, pilates, etc). Since the weather is changing, I will bike ride for about 6 to 12 miles. I mix up my exercise routine. But I most definitely get my exercise in at very least 3 times a wk...but push for 5. You can do it. IF you can't exercise, be active! I do very little weights, at this time...when I drop another 10lbs I am going to strength train...but for now all I do is a few reps on my arms, back, thighs, and legs with the machines at the gym....

    I did the pics side by side like you liked, hope ya enjoy it! Sorry, it took a day to get them. I got a new computer and I dont have my photoshop on this one, so i had to pull the laptop out :-)

    Thanks everyone for noticing.... I have really, really been trying. I couldn't tell until I posted the picutres myself :blushing: I can't wait to see what I look like once I reach my goal......
