  • Great post. I was feeling sorry for my self this week as i had done more gym and cycling than ever and yes i ONLY LOST ONE POUND !!! . this i have printed off and put on my desk cheers for motivation
  • Mapmyride is the one i started using it shows gradients and cals burned i found it a good motivator ive been on three rides this week
