Got up hours before sunrise and worked out with my trainer. Felt good. Busy day, lots of snacks and a couple small meals, then a celebration dinner. I'm pretty tired from the last two weeks. My husband had to work last weekend so I didn't get any downtime. I told him tonight that can't fly again.

Thursday was pretty stressful. Usually I'm cool at work but my boss is out and make sure everything plus I had a child care issue so it was one thing after another. After not eating enough and not drinking enough, I was ravenous by the end of the day. Then I tripped and fell face first into a pan pizza.

Sounds great Marla! I was really feeling lazy this weekend... then I realized when I have the energy of a slug perhaps I should pay attention more. Kid has turned a corner and fever finally broke. Phew! Tired and tired--had healthy lunch, dinner & snacks and small treat. Went for walk on glorious day!

Thanks Val and Marla! Tomorrow is my last day at work this week and then I'm off Thurs-Sun for a long weekend. Thought would be doing fun spring break stuff but will be laying low with kiddo. Got TOM and am craving Dairy Queen. That specific idea makes it easy for me not to eat cocoa almonds, pudding, etc. Not going out…

Kid's still sick, went twice to urgent care yesterday and straight to doctor's this morning. Then I went to work and my mom stayed home with sick kid. She and hubs don't get along and it's horrible for me. Managed to eat as well as I could. Not perfect but ok. Glad I got think thin bars delivered to office today.

The past few days my kiddo's been sick and hopefully he's on the mend now. He'd gone years without vomiting and made up for it. I've been taking care of poor kid, doing tons of laundry, working from home & running out for supplies. Just did the best I could food-wise and managed to train yesterday am. I do these push-ups…

Today was junk food extravaganza at my office. Tons of crabs, sugar, etc. Got in a nice walk with coworker. Tired from time change and my kid screaming for water in middle of night.

Valma, I love this threadstarter! It's nearly 70* and I went for a 30m walk with a colleague! I felt awesome though I didn't want to come back inside. Love to see what everyone's up to!

Heeelllllooo everybody! I'm going back to doing what works, including posting on this thread. I'm about the same weight as I was at the start of the year. At least I stopped the bleeding (i.e., gaining!). Good news: Went to cardiologist last week and got a good report. Have a new trainer to kick my booty before the crack…

Marla, I found my 2 book clubs on Meetup. Check there. Got tons of sleep last night, felt great. Friends for brunch, eyebrow wax, sorting today... and walk outside or tread.

I posted a threadstarter yesterday then wasn't able to get to the forum last night--was v weird. Doing okay, feel like I've stopped the bleeding with emotional eating. Joined a weight loss challenge at work, trying to lose 1lb a week between now & mid-Jan. Feel really fat & uncomfortable in my skin/clothes.
