What are your 2017 or January goals? And how is your progress? January goals: 1) Rise by 6am weekdays. Doing great. Need to improve going to bed early 2) Pray first thing. All good. 3) Do am yoga. Short and sweet and nice way to wake up. Wear cozy pants and hoodie so am warm.
