I don't anymore, because they either contain wheat (which apparantly is best to avoid for quick weight-loss), or they are VERY high in sugar. I stick to plain rolled oats with almond milk and I occasionally put some Agave on top, if I feel like something sweet.

I AGREE! I've given up with the scales, COMPLETELY! I actually feel happier and much more free! It's like a burden, right off my shoulders! I know the scales are never accurate and having Hypothyroidism makes things even worse, so now I'm eating right, working out and focusing on the way I feel, not what the scales say. :)

I think I have an intolerance to gluten and wheat, but I haven't been tested yet. I'm planning on having a thorough blood test as soon as I can afford it.. but from what I've noticed, after I eat gluten, or wheat, I feel really lethargic. So I've cut out gluten and wheat and just seeing how I go. So far, so good!

Oh my God, raw almonds are my absolute favourite healthy snack, EVER! But.. I don't buy them anymore, because I don't stop at the recommended daily intake. I tell myself I'll eat 25.. 25 turns to 100.. and then my stomach starts cramping and I feel like ****. lol
