For filling breakfasts, I usually do some form of a shake...whey powder with some yogurt, skim milk, PB and 1/2 a banana (with ice). I know that some people feel otherwise, but if I'm under on my calorie count because of exercise and I'm not hungry, I don't necessarily eat just to make up those calories. Glad for the 30 min. cardio challenge...haven't been to the gym in forever and need to go. Had a good day today eating wise and did tons of yard work beacuse it's so nice out. :) Yard work isn't necessarily fun...but...burning the calories is nice. :)

I feel like we all have this problem...and everyone seems to have a unique solution that works for them. I generally wear two but then I always end of feeling hot and clastrophoic...you just can't win!
