I've just started doing it in the evenings this week. Have done level 1 4 times now. May have a go at level 2 soon. Enjoying it but unsure what sort of results it produces as haven't been doing it long enough.

I used to be the same. Hated breakfast and never ate it. Now I always eat it and can't not. I don't remember when or what changed. But I don't think it's a huge problem for you not to eat breakfast. You could try eating a later breakfast, or something really small? I wouldn't worry about it if you don't eat. If your body…

I finished 30DS last month and I'm about to complete RI30 next week. Really enjoyed both. Not sure which is better though. Had great results with 30DS but won't know about RI30 until next week - but my clothes are definitely bigger than they were, so that's a good sign! I'm going to start 6W6P next and then probably do BR…

Anyone have an opinion on this? Is working out on an empty stomach a bad thing in your opinion? Or is eating first important? If so, how long before? 30 mins or less/more?
