Anyone? I know you guys are out there somewhere. :)

I have been where you are. At least you are here which means you are commited to a healthier lifestyle. From my personal experience I would advise you to take a look at the root cause of your desire to overeat. For me I suppressed anxiety that I did not even know existed. I would just get this antsy kinda desperate feeling…

oh my. I did not think Celexa was supposed to cause weight gain. I take it without issue. Good luck to you.

I am there in onederland!!! I feels so good. The hard work does payoff. It took me forever, and I do mean forever to get past it. I think I had a mental block about it or my body was happy there or something but now I am 20 pounds below it!! See you when you arrive!!:flowerforyou:

jc you need to change it up a bit maybe. When you are in the moment, out with friends and having fun, it is hard to choose what you want most over what you want right now. Remind yourself of why you began this journey and what your goals are, Prepare a diologue to answer the voice in your head that says it is okay to…

I would caution you to use a HRM. I do and have never burned more than 350 in a zumba class and that was for a pretty intense class. I think my burns are kind of low but eveyone is different so the HRM is the way to go.

Nothing special. Count and track, make good choices, more whole foods, less processed food and keep moving!!

The smallest clothes I own are tooo big!!! My underwear are toooo big. I can't shop in the big girls section at all anymore. I am smaller than I have been since the year 2000.

I take Celexa AND work out 6-7 times a week; I have a highly stressful job. I feel great and by taking the meds at night I experience no real side effects such as tiredness. I stopped taking it for a while and gained weight. I don't like pills but I am a much happier and productive person taking them and it is much nicer…

I am set at 1200 but exercise for more calories. lol. and then sometimes go over but am getting results. Check it out. You will get some ideas. I like to cook but also eat out a bit. I don't deprive myself of much I just do it in moderation.

Janie R I agree, calorie estimates are deceiving. I began to see much better results once I started using a HRM to track calories burned. Love Les Mills Classes!!!
-
I take Body Step and Attack on a regular basis and burn about 320-360 for each class. I did Body Combat for the first time today and burned 253 calories in 56ish minutes,SH'bam is about 220 in 45 minutes. I use a HRM and my burns are always lower than most other people. I'm not sure why. Still all great workouts. Oh and…

I have been using MFP since June 1st and I must say It was pretty accurate for the first 5 week mark. It is motivating, both ways. One day I ate like over 2000 calories and it gave me a number that showed me gaining weight. Needless to say I did not do it again the next day. lol.

In the book Body for Life for Women the author talks about treading "weight". Basically it is used when you are going through a time such as you are now and while you don't quit on your eating plan and exercise you relax it a little as not to cause more stress and to allow yourself time to regroup. It made a lot of sense…

Thanks guys for sharing in my victory!!!!!
