I'm hanging on by a thread. The reason I gained weight in the first place was from uncontrollable binge eating where I would eat 5,000-6000 calories a day until I felt sick. I got super strict with my diet and workouts this summer and lost 15 pounds. I still have 10 to go but I'm getting the urge to binge again. I know how awful it makes me feel yet I still get the desire to just eat everything. Luckily I have not given in to the binging but my eating has still not been good at all. I am slowly gaining weight back but at least it is not as rapid as the damage I do when I'm in binge mode. I'm making excuses for my poor choices everyday like I'm bored and lonely and depressed I deserve to eat whatever I want for dinner. Or I'm too depressed to find energy to workout so whats the point of eating well too. I feel like I have nothing to do with my time except eat. I hope I can pull it together and finish getting to my goal. Thanks for listening to me vent. I'm just worried!

I have been where you are. At least you are here which means you are commited to a healthier lifestyle. From my personal experience I would advise you to take a look at the root cause of your desire to overeat. For me I suppressed anxiety that I did not even know existed. I would just get this antsy kinda desperate feeling and the eating would begin. Good luck and just keep getting back on the wagon, every 30 minutes if needed.0

This is what gets me through those types of days two simple quotes:
I have to want to lose weight more than I want to eat too much
Figure out what I'm willing to give up to get where I wanna be..
There's days I have felt like you have, most likely all of us have to some degree at some point, then there comes a time when we grab back control and things get a bit smoother.

Yep I am same way. I bounce around . Get bored as the weigh should fall off. But not. Bored bored and those people who weigh falls off faster then yours makes u want to stop. Because u are losing but staying the same or gaining... That's me :-(0

You are so close, don't give up on yourself now, or ever. This has to be a lifetime change. You can always allow yourself a treat. Don't feel like you can never eat what you want or you will never ride this out for the long haul. Everything is fine in moderation. Just allow yourself some time to breathe and have a treat. You can get through this. It took me 10 months to lose 40 lbs and I was often discouraged and wondered why I should keep going, but you pick yourself up and push yourself forward. You can do this.0
