I've seen people who look gorgeous in them and a big part of this is how well the dreads are maintained. I've also seen some nasty looking, skanky looking dreads on people of all races.

I'm going to try this for about a week and see how it agrees with me. I can have 1/2 cup of my (generic) egg subtutute for 2 WW points and then toss in some combination of veggies/ham/turkey sausage/bacon bits/lowfat cheese. I like to make "eggs in a mug" -- quick and simple on busy mornings, which mine always are.

Your "before" booty wasn't bad to begin with although the "after" photos show where you've lifted and toned it. WTG. The biggest difference I see is in your waist, just above the tops of your bikini bottom (a problem area for me.) Good work...congrats, your hard has paid off!

For me, they are not "worth it." I do the old (pre-Points Plus) Weight Watchers program and just a small quantity (1/4 cup) costs me 5 points (and I only get 25 daily points.) I stick to the "old" WW program (pre-Points Plus) just because I know it like the back of my hand and didn't really feel like learning the new one. Anyway, 99.9 of all fruits on this program were 1 point, and most all vegiies were "free."
